Question 1

How long does gas cylinder delivery take in Kuri or Bahria Enclave?

Accepted Answer

Usually 3 to 4 hours from when you call. If it's an emergency, tell us and we'll do what we can to get to you faster — we also offer a faster delivery option (within 45 minutes) for an extra Rs 500.

Question 2

Are you a licensed gas agency?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We operate as a licensed gas cylinder refilling and delivery service.

Question 3

Which cylinder brands do you refill?

Accepted Answer

We refill standard LPG cylinders regardless of brand, including BGC, Fongas, PSO, SSGC, Pak Gas, and others — as long as the cylinder itself is in safe, undamaged condition.

Question 4

What is today's gas cylinder refill price?

Accepted Answer

Rates change with the market, so call or WhatsApp us for today's price. We aim to stay 10 to 20 rupees cheaper per unit than the average market rate.

Question 5

Do you deliver at night or in an emergency?

Accepted Answer

Call us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can reach you quickly. We don't want to promise something we can't deliver.

Question 6

Do you offer a monthly refill subscription?

Accepted Answer

Not yet, but if enough customers ask for it, it's something we'd consider adding.

Question 7

Is there an extra delivery charge for areas like Bahria Enclave or Kuri?

Accepted Answer

Delivery is free within 5KM of our shop. Outside that, ask us when you call — any extra charge depends on your exact location.

Question 8

Do you have a faster delivery option?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Alongside our standard 3 to 4 hour delivery, we offer a faster option that gets your cylinder to you within 45 minutes for an extra Rs 500 — just ask for it when you order.

Question 9

How do I file a complaint if something's wrong with my order?

Accepted Answer

Call us directly. We're a small, local team, so complaints go straight to the person who can actually fix the problem — not a call center.

Question 10

Can you repair my chulha or regulator too?

Accepted Answer

Yes, both. Bring it to our shop or ask us to take a look during delivery.

Question 11

What should I do with an old, rusted, or dented cylinder?

Accepted Answer

Don't keep using it. Bring it in and we'll tell you honestly if it's still safe or needs to be swapped out.

Question 12

How often does a cylinder need to be safety-tested?

Accepted Answer

This depends on the cylinder's manufacturing date, stamped on the body. If you're not sure how to read it, bring the cylinder in and we'll check it for you.

Question 13

Can a gas cylinder be transported lying down?

Accepted Answer

No. Always transport and store cylinders upright to keep the valve working correctly and avoid leaks.

Question 14

What payment methods do you accept?
